Food has been a passion of Diane’s for as long as she can remember and she is a third generation cook, following her mother and grandmother. Cooking for friends and family has been an integral part of her life for many years.
Whilst living overseas in New Zealand, she decided to set up her own business and started designing and cooking dinner parties for people in their own homes! This led to catering for weddings and special gathering such as birthday parties.
Now living back in England, Diane has brought her experience and passion to the Northamptonshire countryside. First We Eat is set to continue with dinner parties and special gatherings and has added some new elements with handmade chocolates (particularly the truffles for which Diane became well known in NZ!) and specialty cakes.
